My favorite easy recipe

Since all my posts lately seem to be about food, I thought I would share my favorite easy recipe =). My friend Shannon gave me this recipe along with the website years ago and Brian and I have enjoyed it ever since! If you like this, go onto Kraftfoods.com and look at more recipes. Mexican Chicken and Rice

We use picante sauce instead salsa and sometimes add jalapenos, but otherwise I cook it like they suggest. Let me know if you like it too!

Here's Papa Murphy's Pizza for Valentine's =)

Yup, we had a heart shaped pizza for Valentine's day. It was good, cheap, and we didn't have to fight the crowds at the restaurants. Luckily, Brian puts up with my goofiness! Though I'm pretty sure he was about to drive off the road this weekend when I reenacted the hand motions to 'Lean on me'. Gotta love Youth Camp memories...
